- RV Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic RV Sales Associate to help grow our business! The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to succeed, with experience in selling RVs and used vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to deliver an exceptional customer experience in selling new and pre-owned RVs.

• Conduct engaging demonstration walk-through presentations.

• Effectively close sales by collaborating with the F&I team.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance

• Act as a liaison between customers and various departments, including retail, service, and finance.

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and maintain clear, positive communication with customers, team members, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, real estate, or similar industries.

• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.

• Must be bondable and eligible to obtain a professional sales license.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Position Details:

• Full-time

• Monday through Saturday

• Reporting to General Manager
